A Podcasts is a digital recording which can be played on your personal audio player (like an iPod) or your computer. The advantage is that you can subscribe (using software like iTunes) to automatically receive the latest episodes.
You can easily just download single episodes as MP3 files but if you want to automatically receive the latest ones you'll need Podcast software. We recommend iTunes, which you can
download here, as you can enable 'one-click' sunbscriptions. Just select a category and podcast above then click the iTunes link on the following page. Thats it! You will then automatically receive the latest Podcasts in that category. You can also get email notifications of new episodes by going to your account page.
