Information
1. a) Images: Choose your image from 'The Collections'
or any other 'Featured' part of the site and click 'Purchase
Image'. Choose from the different sizes and formats and click
'Add to Basket' when done.
1. b) Tickets: Click 'Buy Tickets Online' and enter the quantity
required for each ticket in the relevant box then click 'Add
to Basket'.
1. c) Shop items: Select the 'Beamish Shop' icon and select
the basket icon to add to your basket right away or click
the 'i' information icon for further details.
2. Click 'View Shopping Basket' to go to the basket page
to review your order. Make any changes necessary to quantities
and click update. Click 'Checkout' when you are ready to
proceed with your order.
3. Use your existing password to log in if you have used
the site before otherwise click 'New Customer'.
4. Confirm your order and delivery address on the next screen
and click 'Continue' to proceed to the secure payment page.
5. Enter your card details and click 'Confirm Payment' to
securely send your payment to the automated banking system.
You may cancel your order on this screen by clicking 'Cancel'.
6. If payment is authorised you will see the order confirmation
page which will give you your order number and details on
how to print your ticket if purchased. Your order will also
be confirmed by email.

Refunds & Returns Policy
We’re
sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Beamish.
If however you are unhappy with your item
for any reason, simply return it to us within 14 days of
purchase in its original at-sale condition with your receipt
and we will happily provide a replacement, exchange it
for a different item, or provide a full refund. We are
unable to provide an exchange or refund for unwanted food
or drink purchases.
Faulty
goods may be returned to us beyond this 14 day period – please
call us on 0191 370 4000 for full details. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
Items returned to us by Post:
We are unable to refund the cost of postage for unwanted
items returned to us. Please also keep in mind that proof
of postage does not form proof of delivery.
Items purchased from our website:
The policy stated above applies for most items purchased
on-line. However we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges
for unwanted items that are tailor-made for you. This applies
to all photographic and digital media purchases. Please
ensure that when requesting such items you take care to
complete the order correctly. If the delivered item does
not match your order or if it is faulty, we will be happy
to provide you with a replacement.

A: Totally. Our servers use 128bit encryption to send your
card details to the automated banking system at Protx. You
can be assured that no human sees your details and that it
is completely safe.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Electron.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: You should expect your prints to arrive within 14 working
days. All other items should arrive withing 10 working days. For
mixed orders (e.g. shop items and prints) items will be sent
together within 14 working days.
Q: How will my digital images arrive?
A: The images will be compiled onto a CD-R and will be in
300dpi JPEG format at the size you requested.
